MISSING PERSON - 12/5/21 at 6 p.m.
At approximately 2 p.m. today, Mr. Melencio Manalic went for a walk with a small white dog. He has not returned home, does not have a cell phone and is new to the neighborhood (300 block of Monroe Street).
He was last seen wearing a black hat, blue or gray pants and gray shoes.
If you are aware of Mr. Manalic’s whereabouts, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
