Around 11:50 a.m. on December 6, a two year old child was located at the southeast corner of Beacon Ave and State Street in Fremont, CA. The child’s name is believed to be “Kiki.” The child stands 3’5” and weights 40 lbs. The child is wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, light-brown/khaki pants, and socks with blue, green, and yellow stripes. The child was located alongside a service dog. Both the child and the dog are with Fremont Police at this time. See picture attached.
