* WHEN...From this evening through Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could become very difficult to impossible. Patchy blowing snow is likely to significantly reduce visibility at times, especially over mountain passes. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes as colder air arrives Friday morning.
