From the Portage Co. Engineer's office, Howe Rd. at Crystal Pkwy. will be closed for culvert replacements starting on Mon. Dec. 13th and will be closed for 28 days. The intersection of Howe Rd. at Crystal Pkwy. will be closed to all traffic in all directions.
