David Yohana, age 60, Resident of Running Springs
Steven Mendiola, age 33, Resident of Running Springs
David Hansen, age 46, Resident of Crestline
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, December 8, 2021, deputies assigned to the Twin Peaks Station conducted a decoy operation at vape shops located in the Twin Peaks jurisdiction due to concerns of nicotine/tobacco products being sold to people under the age of twenty-one. Three suspects were arrested for selling nicotine products to the undercover decoy.
David Yohana from the Vanity Vape, Steven Mendiola from the West Coast Vape Shop,and David Hansen from the Mountain Tobacco Shop were all arrested for violation of PC 308 (a)(1)(A)(i) - Selling Nicotine To Minors.
