Winter Storm Warning & Snow Plowing
As you undoubtedly have heard by now, our area is under a winter storm warning from noon on Friday (12/10/2021) until 6:00AM on Saturday (12/11/2021). The current forecast is for 5 to 10 inches of snow.
While we do not yet know if the City will issue a snow emergency, we do believe that there will be plowable amounts of snow. We would ask that you move your vehicles to an off street location, whether or not a snow emergency is called.
If a Snow Emergency is declared, it will be called before 5:00 PM on the day it is declared. A snow emergency declaration will be posted to the City website, City social media accounts, NIXLE, as well as local media.
