* WHERE...In Indiana, Newton, Jasper and Benton Counties. In Illinois, Kankakee, Livingston, Iroquois and Ford Counties.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until noon CST /1 PM EST/ today. For the Wind Advisory, from 3 AM CST /4 AM EST/ to 3 PM CST /4 PM EST/ Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects, such as outdoor holiday decorations. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Driving will be difficult for high profile vehicles, especially on north to south roadways.
