Fugitive Arrest 
On Friday, December 10, 2021 at approximately 0300 hours, the Readington Township Police arrested Richard L. Bennett (31) out of Washington, DC on a NCIC warrant. Bennett was wanted by the US Marshals service on a full extradition warrant for Robbery. Bennett was charged with being a fugitive from justice and lodged at the Warren County Jail. The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
