The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a

* Tornado Warning for... South central Pike County in west central Illinois... Northwestern Lincoln County in east central Missouri... Northeastern Montgomery County in east central Missouri... Pike County in northeastern Missouri...

* Until 800 PM CST.

* At 711 PM CST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing a tornado were located along a line extending from near Curryville to near New Hartford to near Buell, moving northeast at 65 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* These dangerous storms will be near... Curryville and New Hartford around 715 PM CST. Bowling Green around 720 PM CST. Tarrants around 725 PM CST. Louisiana and Eolia around 730 PM CST. Other locations in the path of these tornadic storms include Clarksville, Pike and Atlas.

* AFFECTED AREAS: PIKE, IL ... LINCOLN, MO ... MONTGOMERY, MO ... PIKE, MO
