Neptune City Police Department is seeking the publics assistance in locating a missing "at risk" person: Willie Thomas a 70 year old, black male, 5'5" tall and 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue sweatshirt and black pants with a red strip.
Willie Thomas suffers from Alzheimers and was last seen at the Neptune City community Center 117 Third Ave Neptune City, NJ at 5:00pm this date. He left on foot in an unknown direction.
