* WHERE...Piute Walker Basin, Tehachapi and Frazier Mountain Communities Counties.
* WHEN...From 4 AM Tuesday to Midnight PST Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels will fall to 3,500 feet by late Tuesday morning, with snow impacting Tehachapi Pass by Tuesday afternoon.
