The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from 11 AM to 5 PM MST Wednesday.
* AREA AND TIMING...East Central Plains especially along and north of I-40 from midday Wednesday to around sunset early Wednesday evening.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest to west 30 to 45 mph with gusts to around 60 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EAST CENTRAL PLAINS
