* WHEN...The strongest wind gusts are expected early Wednesday morning with the passage of a cold front.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects and bring down tree limbs.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow is likely to mix with the winds after the cold front passage. Travel may be hazardous at times with snow limited visibility and the cold air moving in behind the front leading to quickly freezing roads.
