* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust will be possible and would reduce visibilities making travel under these conditions hazardous. Visibilities may drop to under one mile at times.
