* WHAT...South winds increase in the late afternoon and gust to 35 mph...with southwest gusts to 65 mph overnight. Storms could produce higher gusts in the evening.
* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, southwest and west central Wisconsin.
* WHEN...From 6 PM Wednesday to 6 AM CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected which could mean the loss of home heating. Empty semi-trailers will run the risk of being blown over. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
