The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Eastern La Crosse County in west central Wisconsin... Southern Clark County in central Wisconsin... Jackson County in west central Wisconsin... Vernon County in southwestern Wisconsin... Monroe County in west central Wisconsin...

* Until 945 PM CST.

* At 823 PM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles northwest of Modena to Galesville to 6 miles southwest of Stoddard, moving northeast at 75 mph. THESE ARE DESTRUCTIVE STORMS. HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles. Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.

* Severe thunderstorms will be near... Coon Valley around 835 PM CST. West Salem around 840 PM CST. Bangor around 845 PM CST. Sparta around 850 PM CST.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CST for southeastern Minnesota...and central, southwestern and west central Wisconsin.
