* WHAT...Southwest to west winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts of up to 45 to 55 mph easing through this morning.
* WHERE...In Indiana, Benton County. In Illinois, Ogle, Grundy, Lee, La Salle, Ford, Livingston and Iroquois Counties.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST /7 AM EST/ early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will be capable of blowing down branches as well as power lines. Scattered power outages will continue. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: OGLE ... LEE ... LA SALLE ... GRUNDY ... LIVINGSTON ... IROQUOIS ... FORD ... BENTON
