It is time to vote for your favorite 2021 Holiday House.

Voting will take place until Monday, December 20th.

The winners will be announced on Wednesday, December 22nd.

One entry per email. Duplicate or invalid email entries will be deleted.

JINGLE FOR JOY TIME!

On December 24th at 6:00 p.m. let's all go outside and ring a bell to spread the holiday spirit and to help guide Santa to Lawrence Township.

Please join in to spread hope and cheer and peace to all this year.

To help spread the joy of the ringing of the bells, we will be placing bells on trees in five parks in Lawrence Township starting on December 15.
The bells will be located on a tree in the following parks:

Village Park
Colonial Lake Park
Eldridge Park
Veterans Park
Central Park

We will be replacing the bells at the parks until our supply is gone. Keep checking our Facebook page for updates.

On-Line Tax Payments
Please be advised that December 17th at 4:30 p.m. will be the last day to make on-line payments in 2021. The system will be shut down for year-end accounting and will reopen in 2022.





Municipal Office Closings:
Friday, December 24 in observance of Christmas.
Friday, December 31 in obserance of New Years Day

 

Cat License Notice

If you have not yet licensed your cat, please stop in and get the license.  Beginning December 1 there will be a late fee assessed.  For your convenience, a cat license application can be obtained by clicking here. Holiday COVID Safety Guidance

Although the availability and use of effective vaccines promises a return toward normalcy for this year’s holiday season, it’s still important to continue taking steps to lessen the risk to you, your family, and your friends. Be sure to follow the Health Department recommendations and suggestions and guidelines. Share them with others in your family, community, and place of work.

The State has set up a hotline to register for the vaccine - call 855-568-0545 - Operators are available to assist individuals register for the COVID vaccine.

During the month of November and December, Brush collection will be suspended.  Do not place brush at the curb for pickup. 


Leaf Collection Continues Through December

The Lawrence Township Public Works Department will begin collecting leaves the week of November 1 and will continue through the end of December.
During these two months Public Works will not collect yard waste, so please DO NOT place in the roadway.





 

Bulk Waste Pick-Up

Bulk waste will be picked up on your regular collection day. Bulk waste consists of items to be discarded which are too large to fit into your new cart. Mattresses must be wrapped. The exceptions are "white goods" such as washers, dryers and refrigerators and bulky material too large to fit in the "hopper" of any vehicle used for collection.
