On Wednesday, December 15, 2021, Detective Daniel Berumen and Deputies Antonio Alcala and Trever Brown investigated an allegation of sexual molestation to a 10-year-old. Investigators spoke to the victim and witnesses and identified Alan Christopher Orozco as the suspect. Investigators interviewed Orozco and discovered additional evidence that implicated him in the crime. After Orozco's interview, he was arrested for PC 288(a) -Lewd and lascivious acts with a child. Orozco was booked into the Central Detention Center with a $250,000.00 bail.
