Joseph Mcmenamy (33 years old), male citizen of Crestline
On Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at 9:22 A.M. Deputies from the Twin Peaks Station served a search warrant at a residence located on the 700 block of N. Village Lane in Crestline. Deputies had previously been to the residence for reports of illegal narcotic activity and several overdoses.
Deputies seized several pieces of drug paraphernalia from the residence and arrested Angela Johnson for operating or maintaining a drug house, Christopher Norman for under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Joseph Mcmenamy for possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson, Norman, and Mcmenamy were booked into Central Detention Center.
