Earlier today (December 16, 2021), suspect Anthony Solima was formally charged with murder (PC187) and possession of an assault weapon (PC 30605(a)) in connection with the December 13, 2021 homicide investigation. Additionally, several enhancements were added to the murder charge including lying in wait, intentional discharge of a firearm causing death and personal use of a firearm.
Solima was arraigned on the charges at 1:30 p.m., at the East County Hall of Justice in Dublin. Solima is being held without bail at Santa Rita County Jail.
