Incident: Lewd Acts with a Minor
Location: City of Rancho Cucamonga
Suspect:  Lexter Lance David, age 21,  Resident of Upland, CA
Victim: 13 year old female

Deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department were made aware of a possible sexual assault involving a 13-year-old female. Initial investigation revealed the 13-year-old female victim met Lexter David on a social media platform, where David pretended, he was 16 years old. David met the victim at various locations in the City of Rancho Cucamonga and engaged in sexual acts with the victim. Detectives from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department investigated and obtained evidence to corroborate the sexual acts.

On December 14th, 2021, deputies located David in the City of Upland. David was transported back to the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department for further investigation. At the conclusion of an interview, he was arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center on the above charges.

On December 16th, 2021, the case was presented to the district attorney’s office for review. At the conclusion of their review, David was formally charged with 13 counts of Lewd Acts with a Minor. David is being held in lieu of $3,250,000 bail. David will be arraigned on the above charges at the Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court on December 17th, 2021.

During the investigation, evidence was obtained leading detectives to believe David may have used various social media platforms, lied about his true age, and met with other underage females to engage in sexual acts in the cities of Upland and Rancho Cucamonga. Detectives are releasing a photo of David. If anyone recognizes David and has information pertinent to this investigation, they are urged to contact the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department, Detective Bureau.
