On Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 2108 hours, Kevin C. Gares, 47, from Three Bridges, NJ was arrested after a verbal dispute with a neighbor. He was charged with Harassment and Criminal Mischief and was released with a summons to appear in municipal court. The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
