The Norton Shores Police Department is asking for assistance in locating Kyle Dekker Robbins from the Muskegon area.

Homicide
On December 16, 2021 at 1:23 A.M., officers from the Norton Shores Police Department were dispatched to MI Bar at 2389 W Sherman in Norton Shores on a disturbance with shots fired. Officers arrived on the scene and found a male subject on the ground who had been shot multiple times. Officers and medical responders attempted CPR but were un successful. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Norton Shores Police Department is asking for assistance in locating Kyle Dekker Robbins from the Muskegon area. He is described as 40 yrs, white male, 6ft tall, and weighing approx.. 180 lbs. He is wanted in connected to the death of Andre Garner. The Muskegon County Prosecutors office has charged Kyle Robbins with open murder. Robbins is considered armed and dangerous.
