INCIDENT: Vehicle Theft
LOCATION: 1400 Block of Needles Highway, City of Needles
SUSPECT(S): Bryan Damian Ramirez, 31-year-old male resident of Bullhead City, Arizona
VICTIM(S): 80-year-old Male Resident of Bullhead City, Arizona
SUMMARY: On December 15, 2021, at approximately 12:34 p.m., the victim parked his vehicle and left his keys inside. Within 10 minutes, he returned to find his 2005 Ford passenger van had been stolen. The victim called 911 and notified California Highway Patrol and Needles Police/Sheriff's dispatch. CHP had units on the westbound Interstate 40 and located the vehicle moments after the report was made. The driver, identified as Bryan Damian Ramirez, was taken into custody without incident. He was booked into the High Desert Detention Center for vehicle theft, a warrat for driving without a license and a parole hold. He remains in custody without bail.
