* Locations impacted include... Sulphur, De Ridder, Vinton, Rosepine, Merryville, Singer, Deweyville, Starks, Fields, Bon Weir, De Quincy, Longville, Lunita, Bivens, Buhler, Hartburg, Edgerly, Devils Pocket, Tulla and Bancroft.
