* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow is anticipated to change to rain along the coast Tuesday morning. There is still some uncertainty in how far east the rain snow line will advance across Prince of Wales Island and could result in lower snow accumulations.
