Ross Valley Fire Department and Fairfax Police Department are on scene for a blown transformer with power lines down. The power lines that are down are live and have been sparking. The roadway and sidewalk in between 9 Spruce Rd and 34 Spruce Rd is closed. There will be no vehicle or pedestrian access. Residents in between 9 & 34 Spruce Rd are advised to shelter in place untill further notice. PG&E has been dispatched and there is no estimated time when the power will be restored. Please refrain from calling the non-emrgency line to inquire about when power will be restored.
