Warrant Issued for Suspect Who Brandished a Weapon at a Gas Station in Grand Terrace

SUSPECT(S) James Senteno, 28-year-old resident of Grand Terrace

SUMMARY: On December 15, 2021, Central Station deputies responded to a report of a brandished weapon at a local gas station in Grand Terrace. The victim reported a known subject, James Senteno, threatened him with a black handgun. A portion of the incident was captured on video surveillance and independent witnesses corroborated the event.
A records check revealed Senteno is on active probation in San Bernardino County. At the time of the event, Senteno was being sought by Probation for failing to report his current residence.
Through investigation, Senteno was found to reside in the 22800 block of Minona Drive in the city of Grand Terrace.
On December 16, 2021, a search warrant was sought and authorized for the location. Central Station deputies located and seized a replica handgun, a loaded 9mm polymer handgun, firearm ammunition and quantities of methamphetamine indicative of illegal sales.
Senteno was found to be in-custody in Riverside County on unrelated charges. A warrant has been issued for this case in the amount of $50,000.00.
