All City offices will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 23 and Friday, Dec. 24 in observance of Christmas, and on New Year's Eve - Friday, Dec. 31. There will be NO TRASH DELAYS as the actual Christmas and New Year's Day holidays fall on Saturdays.
