Chino Hills Deputies Arrest Four Suspects for Theft After They Concealed Merchandise in Bags

INCIDENT: PC 487- Grand Theft, PC 496- Possession of Stolen Property, PC 490.4- Organized Retail Theft, PC 182- Conspiracy
LOCATION: Old Navy, 13920 City Center Drive, Chino Hills
SUSPECT(S): Jessika Jones, 18-years-old of Los Angeles
Tiana Charles, 28-years-old of Inglewood
Takana Cass, 27-years-old of Los Angeles
Raymonie Colquicc, 19-years-old of McDonough, GA
VICTIM(S): Old Navy Retail Store
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, December 21, 2021, deputies from the Chino Hills Station were dispatched to the Old Navy retail store in The Shoppes, reference a theft in progress. The reporting party provided suspect description, vehicle description and direction of travel.
Deputies arrived and located the suspect vehicle on Grand Avenue and Pacific Vista where they conducted a traffic stop. The suspects in the vehicle were identified as Jessika Jones, Tiana Charles, Takana Cass, and Raymonie Colquicc.
The suspects were captured on video surveillance concealing merchandise in bags, not related to Old Navy, and exiting the store without paying. Deputies conducted a search of the vehicle and located merchandise belonging to Old Navy, Target, Forever 21 and H&M. There were no receipts and the tags were still on the merchandise. All four suspects were taken to the West Valley Detention Center and were booked on the above charges.
