* WHAT...Snow and freezing rain occuring. Travel will be very difficult to impossible. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches. Ice accumulation will be one tenth of an inch or less.
* WHERE...Lower Yukon Valley.
* WHEN...6 AM Wednesday to 6 AM Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 40 mph
