Winter Weather Advisory until 06:00AM Saturday

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches and ice accumulations up to a tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Bristol Bay from King Salmon north.

* WHEN...From 9 PM Friday to 6 AM AKST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A warm front will cross Bristol Bay Friday evening bringing a band of mixed precipitation inland. Snow will fall with the front initially before quickly mixing with or changing over to freezing rain overnight on Friday. Areas north and west of Dillingham and King Salmon are expected to see the highest ice accumulations, with wintry mix quickly switching to rain near the coast on Friday evening. Warming temperatures will switch precipitation over to all rain from southwest to northeast by Saturday morning.
