Deputies from Twin Peaks Arrest Two Suspects for Narcotics Related Charges and Stolen Property

INCIDENT: Maintaining a Narcotics Residence / Possession of Stolen Property
LOCATION: 23000 block of Zurich Drive in the community of Crestline
SUSPECT(S): Richard Hoover, 56-year-old resident of Crestline
Juan Chavez, 35-year-old resident of Lake Arrowhead
VICTIM(S): Multiple victims
SUMMARY: On Thursday, December 23, 2021, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Twin Peaks Sheriff Station served a narcotics related search warrant at a residence in the 23000 block of Zurich Drive.
Deputies recovered narcotics and stolen catalytic converters. At the conclusion of the search warrant and after investigation, Richard Hoover was arrested for HS11366, Maintaining a Narcotics Residence and Juan Chavez was arrested for HS11377, Possession of Narcotics.
