* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Ice accumulations of a light glaze.

* WHERE...Eastern Kenai Peninsula.

* WHEN...From noon today to 9 PM AKST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel may be difficult. Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while driving.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will develop midday through the afternoon hours. Freezing rain is most likely across inland valleys where temperatures will remain at or below freezing. Temperatures will rise above freezing by this afternoon for higher elevations of the Seward Highway corridor as well as coastal locations, so plain rain is expected in these areas.
