* WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis County. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 10 AM this morning to 6 PM CST this evening. For the Blizzard Warning, until 10 AM CST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Blowing and falling snow could significantly reduce visibility and create white-out conditions at times. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CARLTON/SOUTH ST. LOUIS
