Flood Advisory until 10:30AM

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following counties, Monterey and San Benito.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. Shallow mudslides and rockfalls, especially in areas of hilly/rugged terrain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 937 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain is diminishing over the region. However, additional rainfall and runoff may continue to cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Salinas, Watsonville, Hollister, Seaside, Monterey, Marina, Jamesburg, Big Sur Village, Soledad, Gonzales, Carmel-By-The- Sea, Carmel Valley Village, Chualar, Spreckels, Boronda, Ridgemark, Prunedale, San Clemente Dam, Cachagua Near The Los Padres Dam and Castroville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
