* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The peak snow rates of up to one half to one inch per hour are expected between 11 AM and 2 PM. Snow totals are expected to range from 1 to 3 inches by the time snow ends and may also briefly mix with sleet and freezing rain.
