Decker Rd closed at PCH due to rockslide. Debris, downed trees, flooding in several Malibu locations 
Decker Road is closed at PCH in Malibu due to multiple rockslides. Caltrans is on scene clearing the road. There are multiple locations in Malibu with a lot of debris and several downed trees in the road. There is some localized street flooding on Civic Center Way and Stuart Ranch Road. City Public Works Maintenance Crews are working to keep the roads clear and will be out patrolling Malibu throughout the day to clear roadways.
Heavy flooding at Leo Carrillo State Beach (jsut west of City limits at PCH), which required dozens of people to be safely evacuated.
Residents are advised to avoid driving on the roads during current storm conditions.
