The Angels Camp Police Department encourages everyone to start the new year off right by making smart choices this New Year’s Eve
As many plan to celebrate the arrival of the New Year, the Angels Camp Police Department offers the following tips to celebrate responsibly this New Year’s Eve:
- Plan ahead. Designate a sober driver or plan to use public transportation if you are impaired.
- Offer a variety of non-alcoholic drinks for sober drivers if hosting a party.
- If someone is impaired, don’t let them drive. Assist with making arrangements to get them home safely.
- Call 911 if you see an impaired driver.
If you feel different, you drive different. Plan ahead and save lives.
