* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Plan on areas of significantly reduced visibilities to one half mile or less at times. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph will cause areas of significant blowing and drifting snow.
* WHERE...Richardson Highway south of Black Rapids.
* WHEN...3 AM Saturday to 3 PM Sunday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slick roadways to create difficult travel conditions at times. Cold wind chills as low as 50 below zero will cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes to exposed skin.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EASTERN ALASKA RANGE
