* WHERE... North and West Anchorage and along the Knik Arm including parts of the Glenn Highway and Birchwood.
* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Eagle River, Peters Creek, Chugiak, and Eklutna will see gusty winds but the strongest winds are expected to stay to the north and east of these areas.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE
