* WHAT...Northeast winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 75 mph expected.
* WHERE...Matanuska Valley.
* WHEN...From 3 PM Saturday to 6 PM AKST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will increase Saturday afternoon near Palmer and the Glenn and Parks highway interchange area and spread southeast into Wasilla and Knik arm through Saturday night.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MATANUSKA VALLEY
