NWS issues Tornado Warning [tornado: RADAR INDICATED, hail: <.75 IN]  for  Barren, Edmonson, Green, Hart, Metcalfe [KY] till 12:45 PM CST  ...AT 1208 PM CST, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS LOCATED 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF BROWNSVILLE, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 70 MPH.
