In central West Virginia, Clay, Nicholas, Taylor and Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis and Upshur. In southern West Virginia, Fayette and Kanawha.

* WHEN...Until 1215 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1023 PM EST, Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen since this morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
