* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of Central West Virginia, central West Virginia, northern West Virginia and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in Central West Virginia, Braxton. In central West Virginia, Calhoun, Clay, Gilmer, Jackson and Roane. In northern West Virginia, Lewis. In southern West Virginia, Kanawha and Putnam.

* WHEN...Until 115 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1109 PM EST, Doppler radar and area rain gauges indicate between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen since this morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Weston, Spencer, Glenville, Sissonville, Clendenin, Arnoldsburg, Big Otter, Elkview, Pinch, Coal Fork, Burnsville, Sand Fork, and Chloe. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
