* WHERE...Portions of Central West Virginia, central West Virginia, northern West Virginia and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in Central West Virginia, Braxton. In central West Virginia, Clay, Nicholas, Taylor and Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis and Upshur. In southern West Virginia, Fayette and Kanawha.
* WHEN...Until 600 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 152 AM EST, mainly light to moderate rainfall continues across the warned area. Flooding has been reported due to runoff from earlier heavy rainfall. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
