* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Georgia and western North Carolina.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain is expected to change over to snow from the high elevations and then down to the valleys after midnight. Although the ground is relatively warm because of the recent warm temperatures, the snow is expected to fall hard enough to accumulate, even on the roads. Untreated roads may remain slippery through the late morning Monday.
