The Flood Warning will expire at 830 AM EST this morning for portions of Central West Virginia, central West Virginia, northern West Virginia and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in Central West Virginia, Braxton. In central West Virginia, Clay, Nicholas, Taylor and Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis and Upshur. In southern West Virginia, Fayette and Kanawha. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. While flood waters are receding, please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
