* WHAT...North winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. Localized whiteout conditions possible due to blowing snow.
* WHERE...North and West Anchorage and along Knik Arm, including downtown Anchorage.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM AKST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Tie down small aircraft. Crosswinds may also cause issues for aircraft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect wind chill values from 10 below to 25 below zero with these winds.
